Dunlop Builders are Wanaka’s premier architectural builder. With over 20 years in the industry, we’re known for exceptional craftsmanship, solid leadership, and genuinely looking after our crew.

We’re on the lookout for a qualified carpenter to support our team by managing maintenance and small jobs, ensuring exceptional customer service for our clients.

Duties could include:

• Maintenance and touch-ups on completed homes
• Small jobs and minor alterations/improvements
• Assisting our teams as needed across the business
• Keeping our workshop tidy, organised, and operating smoothly
• Supporting community and special projects from time to time
• Occasional material pick-ups and deliveries

What we’re looking for:

• Strong focus on customer service and building relationships, acting as an ambassador for the Dunlop Builders brand
• Able to prioritise own workload to ensure the areas of greatest importance are addressed with urgency and to a high standard
• A great problem solver, who enjoys finding practical solutions for our clients
• Punctual, self-motivated and honest
• Committed to Health and Safety, especially as many tasks will be completed alone
• Practical, resourceful, and happy pitching in wherever needed
• Experienced carpenter able to work autonomously on high-end homes – LBP is preferred
