We’re growing our leadership team and are looking for experienced carpenters at the top of their trade to step into key roles.


Site Manager

Our Site Managers lead and supervise all aspects of the building process on-site, ensuring the smooth daily running of our residential projects. This includes coordinating sub-trades, staff, and contractors to meet programme requirements while delivering to the expected standards and timeframes. Our Site Managers also spend some time on the tools themselves.

2IC (Second in Charge)

The 2IC assists and supports the Site Manager across all aspects the work done on-site. In the temporary absence of the Site Manager, the 2IC will step up and assume the duties of the Site Manager.


Both roles are a crucial part of our team, working together to deliver top-tier builds to our high standards. Your knowledge and passion for the trade are key to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and developing talent within our team.


What we’re looking for:

  • Trustworthy, team-player with proven leadership and site management ability
  • Extensive experience in high-end residential carpentry (pref. 10 years plus)
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making ability
  • Pride in your work, with a strong focus on quality and detail
  • LBP is beneficial
